Our company focuses on modeling and acting training services so our place is very open and versatile. We also do photo shoots here on a monthly basis and have professional lighting equipment and photo backdrops if needed.

The Space

Great space for mixers, photo/video shoots, Dance Studio, Yoga Studio, Makeup Classes. Layout of the space includes 2 restrooms, 9 station Hair and Makeup room, break room, and studio room. The space is near 35 and Oak Lawn and close to Trinity Groves. Lots of parking space. About 75 people standing and 50 sitting would for comfortably. If doing Yoga class, about 25-30 would fit comfortably. Very high ceilings in the main production/studio room. Main studio room is 900 Sq Ft. Makeup room is 200 Sq Ft.
