The Space

The space is 1800 sq feet and includes a spacious lounge, a separate production office, a glam/hair/makeup room, 20ft seamless space, and a beautiful outdoor space with incredible views overlooking downtown! We offer friendly and personalized support to a variety of creatives in Los Angeles. Whether you need a studio base camp or photo/production equipment delivery, we've got you covered with reasonable rates and a smile on our faces! SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY! From sanitizing surfaces before-and-after to leaving the patio doors ajar to increase airflow, our team creates a safe and comfortable environment for teams to CREATE! We will come together…safely. What we are doing in studio to protect you: require all of our staff to wear masks, gloves and practice stringent safety hygiene regime • administer contactless temperature checks daily with staff + guests • sanitize common area and surfaces every hour. Door handles, counters, etc • sanitize all rented equipment and digital items once placed in shooting area and at the time they’re returned • studio is continually stocked with hand sanitizer pumps; more sanitary supplies available We will act according to official guidelines, as they are announced. Please be prepared to discuss maximum capacity of guests at the time of your booking.

Please confirm by emailing hey@hype-rentals.com, where you can also place any additional equipment requests. All grip and lighting equipment must be booked through the studio, but you are welcome to bring in your own camera and digital equipment. A/C runs from Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm
