The Space

Our space is within a home of four separate units. The dedicated event space comes with its restroom and kitchen facilities, providing convenience and privacy for your guests. In addition to renting the event space, we offer the option to rent the entire home, allowing for seamless accommodations and event space integration. This provides a comprehensive solution for organizers requiring event facilities and lodging. Whether you need a standalone event space or the entire home for your event, our venue offers flexibility and comfort to meet your specific needs.

Here are some vital elements of our policy: Sanitization and Cleaning: We maintain strict cleanliness protocols throughout our premises. Our staff regularly disinfects high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, handrails, and common areas. All guest accommodations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before check-in. Response to Illness: If a guest or staff member exhibits symptoms of illness, we have protocols to address the situation promptly. This may include isolating the affected individual and following appropriate health authority guidelines. Compliance with Regulations: We closely monitor and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations provided by local authorities and adjust our policies accordingly. Complimentary folded plastic chairs, oblong tables, and plastic tablecloths are available with the rental. If you require different tablecloths, they can be rented at an additional cost. Plasticware is also included in the rental; however, you can rent fine dinnerware for an extra fee. Furthermore, the entire house can be rented for an additional cost.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
