The Space

Our space is a 5,000 sq ft warehouse with 14 feet high ceilings, the mezzanine creates a split-level room, which is an ideal way to make any open-plan space more dynamic. With spaces available and ranging from private offices, conference rooms, reception areas, showrooms, and event rooms. We also have a professional audio system in case you want to host events, available for a small additional cost. Images of the space show a typical event setup however we are happy to remove everything if needed. Ask for information about the possibilities. Appointment required. Please note that during high demand days such as holidays, Art Basel Miami Beach and Miami Art Week, Winter Music Conference, etc. we charge a premium rate for rentals.

Appointment Required Rental rates in our meeting rooms are based on an hourly basis with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per meeting room. A minimum commitment of 4 hours for rental of entire lobby/center. Production rates vary upon request. Weekly and weekend rates available upon request.
