Amazing spacious 1500 sqf studio with 14 feet ceilings is perfect for a wide range of photo/ video/film production shoot or art/event/ yoga/dance/ workshop,. The space could be modified depending on type the activity you want to use it for. The studio is flushed with direct sunlight. We have a black out option as well NATURAL LIGHT: Studio has large windows facing South - so you get a lot of daylight as the sun moves through the sky throughout the afternoon. FURNITURE: There's a two faux-leather chairs as on the photos. white couch, 3 big foldable tables, chairs PHOTO EQUIPMENT: Comes with all the standard equipment you need to have an amazing production with your crew, including grip, light modifiers: soft boxes, beauty dishes, reflectors, V-flats, C-stands, umbrellas etc.. For the additional fee: 4 x Profoto monolights , 3 x Arri Juniour 650 Fresnel, 1 x Arri 1000 Fresnel with for an additional charge (upon request)

These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used
