Welcome to our lovely and spacious modern single family home, located 5 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip. The house faces North and South. The entire lot is 6000 sq. ft. The house is 1584 sq. ft. There is a beautiful private outdoor patio with inground pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, fire pit with seating, hammock swing, and beautiful stone foundation. The gate on the side of the house gives easy access for production equipment or event catering. The garage is attached to allow for storage and additional access to this area. The living room has a high vaulted ceiling, beautiful wood flooring, fireplace, dimmable lighting, and 75" mounted Flat Screen Smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful tile floors, stainless steel appliances, delightful dining area, and a moveable island. This area is great for meetings. A projector with 200" screen, printer, and high speed wifi are available upon request. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, dresser, and full (newly updated) bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. One bedroom has been turned into a full walk-in closet with a shoe wall on the left side and clothing rack with drawer in the middle on the right side, there is a steamer available upon request. Another bedroom has been turned into a gym with mirrors on all the walls, mounted 32" Smart TV, kettlebells, mini workout trampoline, pull up bar, 8lb slam ball, heavy jump rope, 5lb/10lb dumbbells, inertia wave battle ropes, stepper with riser, TRX, ab ball, ab wheel, squat bands (small, medium, and large), barbell with 5lb or 10lb plates, foam roller, yoga mats, and the floor is equipped with gym mats. The spare bedroom has a queen bed, newly updated closet and beautiful wood floor. The second bathroom is a fully equipped with tub and shower combo, sink, and toilet. This bathroom is a great space to do hair and makeup.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has found that one of the most effective ways of preventing the spread of COVID-19 is limiting face-to-face contact with others as much as possible, known as social distancing or physical distancing. This recommended Social Distancing Host Safety Protocol is a key part of our overall commitment to helping you maintaining a safe and healthy business in light of COVID-19. Physically contactless forehead thermometer scanner to be used by Host, Site Rep or designated point person to verify guest temperatures prior to entering the location. Pre-recorded video tours of the space and/or Zoom/FaceTime live location scouting to decrease the need for in-person scouting & tours. This can be done upon request. Suggested to bring live streaming & video conferencing tools on site. Strong internet connectivity & Wifi speeds give guests the ability to communicate remotely with their teams.
