The Space

Do you want to launch your business and need a space to teach your classes on a weekly basis? Our aesthetic is simple and spacious! We have beautiful high-grade maple wood flooring, high-ceilings, and excellent lighting. This space is perfect for teaching Dance, Yoga, Kickboxing, Aerobics, Tai Chi, Zumba, and more! Studios are huge! They can comfortably fit 20+ guests per space. We have 2 spacious ground level studios (Studio A + Studio B) with private parking spaces in the back and large doors for easy load-in/out. Our space is in Los Angeles County, surrounded by an eclectic mix of parks, restaurants, and shops! We are situated in Agoura Hills; a short drive away from Malibu, Calabasas, Westlake Village, and Thousand Oaks! Also included in the Studio space is mood lighting, AC, Speaker system, full length mirrors, tables & chairs (available upon request).
