Spacious, newly renovated Brownstone

Rustic brick walls & incredibly moving art, combined with warm yet industrial finishes decorate our very-New York brownstone, which can host up to 100 people- but the space is also very accommodating for small intimate gatherings. Our entire brownstone can be used for events and production- which includes a large open concept first floor with living room, new stainless steel kitchen and full bath; brand new renovated basement (with a recording studio, art studio, screening room and bathroom) all leading out to our FRESHLY finished backyard area. We have a lot of production equipment for sound, lighting, and props. Everything in the house can be removed and stored within an hour if needed. We also have a private, on-site parking space that is gated in the front part of the brownstone.
