Cinque McKetty is a New York native, born and raised in Brooklyn NY. After settling in Miami for eight years where he enjoyed operating a successful luxury concierge, Cinque and his wife traveled up north with their son to be closer to family. While still operating his business in Miami from New Jersey, Cinque and his wife purchased, redesigning and renovated their first multifamily investment property adding an additional bed and bathroom and over 1,000 sq ft of outdoor living space.

The Space

Located in Bloomfield New Jersey, the property offers over1000 sq ft of outdoor space for any small event. The grounds seats 15 people and holds 25 to 35 comfortably with the additional tables and seating. Hold your birthday party, gender reveal or family get together in your own unique personal space. There is a full kitchen and bathroom and indoor seating area that is subject to availabilituy, please inquire. Add our one bedroom, queen bed suite at an additional nightly rate for added comfort. Stay over the night prior to your event or stay the day after. We provide you with a parking space for one vehicle and the option to rent our white Range Rover or 640i BMW convertible for personal use. Inquire about a custom package to fit your exact needs. Suite and vehicles are subject to availability.
