RATE 1 10-20 GUESTS MIN RATE $1,000 MIN HOURS 4 PRICE PER HOUR 250 MAX GUESTS: 20 RATE 2 21-50 GUESTS MIN RATE $2,500 MIN HOURS 4 PRICE PER HOUR 625 MAX GUESTS: 50 MAX RATE 3 51-250 GUESTS MIN RATE $3,900 MIN HOURS 6 PRICE PER HOUR 650 MAX GUESTS: 250 Catering: We can provide catering services for $23-$26 per person lead by our house chef and staff ( former lead chef at The Playboy Mansion ) upon request. If an outside catering company is providing for your event, we will charge $1000 kitchen use fee. Cleaning fee is $175 per event. House manager is on sight and is $25/ hour added per event. Valet can be provided at $40 / hour for Rate 1 and $50 / hour for rates 2 and 3 Guest suite: 1 guest suite is available accommodating one person or one couple as Air B&B for an additional $175 per night (inquire for details). Bride and Groom quarters: The interior ground level of the estate can be used for bride and groom quarters / hair and makeup area. A very cozy yet elegant space for him and her including 2 restrooms, fireplace setting, and welcoming furniture, surrounding beautiful artwork and the baby grand piano. Additional fee applies.
