We have crafted spaces with close attention to design in order to host all types functions that call for visually pleasing experiences. Our background is in event planning and design. We focus business to business rentals -- to provide businesses a platform to conduct their business in marketing-friendly venues. Social and private events are also very welcome.

The Space

We have two gorgeous studio spaces that are open concept and aesthetically tuned for any type of function. At 2000 square feet, Studio Lively is able to be cleared out for any occasion and comes with enough tables or chairs for up to 120 people in a banquet setting or 200 in a theater-seating setting. Measuring 900 square feet, Oasis is a boutique studio that is perfect for 1 on 1's or any small group meeting. Perfect for seminars, meetings, training's, office parties, galas, luncheons, lectures, presentations, shows, staff events, social gatherings, etc. We are like a mini-venue, great for your small to midsize events. We are located on the border of Kensington and City Heights West neighborhoods of San Diego, very close to the central hub of town, North Park. Our location is easily accessed from all parts of town and is one of the best perks for individuals or organizations inviting guests from various parts of the county. As a small event company, we have different services and supplies that can be added onto your rental. Some of these include projectors, screens, pipe and drape, linens, decor, coffee percolator, backdrops, etc. Outside vendors are always welcome too. We are always open to matching pricing if suitable. Feel free to ask us any questions. Note: The inclusion of a minimum of 2 hours of setup time is required for banqueting events such as weddings.
