Founded in 2019 by a small group of creative photographers, Load Bearing Studio was designed and built with a shooter’s experience in mind. The building, a 4200 sq ft stand-alone unit, was chosen from the over 30+ locations we scouted. We thought that the unique location, nestled in the back of a small industrial complex, and its layout, a 60’x70’ blueprint, all as a boon for us and our clients. The main Studio is 50’x60,’ allows the client and crew alike to spread out and capitalize on the expansive environment. Hair, Make-up and Wardrobe are located in an adjoining room, connected by wide double doors. LBS will be known throughout the industry as a hub for world-class photographers and directors to shoot important content for major magazines, ad campaigns, music & entertainment projects, and brand visuals. In the coming year, our talented staff will be building relationships and developing a unique brand of creative professionalism that will become a trend-setting force.

About the Space Load Bearing Studios would like to welcome you to our new stage available for rental in Santa Ana, CA. This VIP full 3200 sq ft studio is perfect for fashion shoots, auditions, commercial shoots, production events, car shoots, interviews, script readings, production officers, music videos, product and individual photography. There are awesome industrial backdrops build in to the space. The Infinity Wall is 40x25 and you can shoot from 60 feet back from the wall, a conference area with airplay for clients, a wardrobe room, hair and make-up room, bathroom, 24-hour security access, and VIP parking. A production rental supply company is conveniently located for any additional rental needs! This space is available 24 hours a day. *If you need the floor freshly painted it will be an additional $150. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Studio Cleaning Policy Before and after every studio session the studio is deep cleaned by using disinfectant / isopropyl alcohol and/or steam cleaning. All surfaces that could be touched and all props used are sanitised. All blankets and outfits used are washed between portrait sessions. The studio will be aired thoroughly to minimise any droplets in the air. Social Distancing All photographers and staff agree that every effort will be made to keep the 2m social distancing advice at all times where possible both in the studio and on location. This includes shaking hands and moving / adjusting hair or clothes. During the portrait session instructions to the clients will be given from the distance stipulated by and in accordance with the social distancing rules. Time Between Sessions At least 1 hour will be left between sessions to enable a deep clean of all surfaces and accessories to take place and to ensure there is no contact between customers arriving and leaving the premises. Masks Our staff members will be wearing face coverings while inside while inside the studio. All clients will be required to wear face coverings, until they are safely inside the studio area Self Monitoring and Temperature checks Everyone entering the studio will have their temperature checked with a no contact thermometer. All photographers / staff and customers will be required to monitor their temperatures and health before coming into the studio. Disposable gloves and masks will be available in the studio and these should be used as deemed necessary and appropriate. Hand Washing All photographers and staff will be required to thoroughly wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before all sessions. Appropriate sanitising hand gels will be made available and customers requested to use these upon arrival at the studio.
