This idea was birthed out of a need for finding a fun and flexible event venue centrally located to downtown Chicago. A group of long-time friends that had worked in the events industry and real estate came together to find the perfect space located just a couple minutes from downtown Chicago on Michigan Avenue in the historic Motor Row area.

We’ll make sure the vision for your special event becomes a reality. Our historic venue located on Michigan Avenue offers everything you need to create the stunning occasion you and your guests will always remember. Our industrial timber loft complete with 5 massive skylights offers up to 6,500 square feet of event space to personalize for your next gathering. Amenities include custom lighting, votive package, tables, chairs, onsite couples lounge, photo booth, eclectic lounge scapes, coat check, and valet available.
