Amenities included in the hourly rate: Stage; wooden dance floor; chairs, tables and benches for up to 120 guests; chandeliers; art work throughout the space; library; reception area; pool table; piano; bar with refrigerator; separate dining area connected to the kitchen; kitchen area with refrigerator and stove (for warming up food only); trash cans with liners; separate bathrooms for men and women (equipped with toilet paper and hand soap). Optional amenities: Audio/Visual equipment (1/8 inch male jack input, stereo female RCA input, stereo female 1/4" input, wired/wireless microphones; 4 subwoofers and 2 full-range speakers. 4 monitor speakers (2 are 15-inch and 2 are 12-inch, full HD projector, motorized 18-foot screen, 2 haze machines; moving heads, pre-programmed motion and light sequence.
