My husband and I have been planning events and managing film studios for more than eight years. At the studio listed on Splacer, we have hosted dozens of film and music video shoots, as well as events, over the years. The 7,500 sq.-feet space is extremely versatile and eclectic. It comes with lots of amenities: a stage, dance floor, bar, lounge and restaurant areas, and a kitchen. We offer a state-of-the-art sound system and stage lights for an extra fee. DTLA multi-functional, versatile 7,500 sq. ft. space Hourly / Daily / Weekly rent for Events, Wedding, Wedding Reception, Birthday Party, Concert, DJ, Filmmaker, Art Exhibitions, Company or Corporate Event, Business Launch Expo, Catering Event, Fashion Show, Church Worship, Wine Tasting, Formal Seated Dinner Available: 7 days a week until 2:00 a.m. (for events) Ample street parking (free after 6:00 p.m.) Walking distance to Metro Blue Line (801) Grand / LATTC Station Main street-level access; roll-up door at the back entrance through the alley for loading. Amenities included in the hourly rate: Stage; wooden dance floor; chairs, tables and benches for up to 120 guests; chandeliers; art work throughout the space; library; reception area; pool table; piano; bar with refrigerator; separate dining area connected to the kitchen; kitchen area with refrigerator and stove (for warming up food only); trash cans with liners; separate bathrooms for men and women (equipped with toilet paper and hand soap). Optional amenities: Audio/Visual equipment (1/8 inch male jack input, stereo female RCA input, stereo female 1/4" input, wired/wireless microphones; 4 subwoofers and 2 full-range speakers. 4 monitor speakers (2 are 15-inch and 2 are 12-inch, full HD projector, motorized 18-foot screen, 2 haze machines; moving heads, pre-programmed motion and light sequence. A/V Technician A/C / Heater Full use of the kitchen Tablecloths (available in black or white) Chair covers (available in black) Folding tables and chairs Indoor parking for up to 35 cars One of our client’s comment summarizes the experience of renting our venue thusly: "I fell in love with the space.
