The Space

Spacious creative studio capable of turning into a Film Studio, Concert Venue, Corporate Events, and much more. Cyc wall, wide open space, big industrial exhaust fan, cosy patio, office space, and a full concert audio set. A 16x16 professional stage, professional audio with 32 channels audio console, microphones, and stage lights. We are conveniently located in the heart of the Historic Overtown District in Miami. It is very accessible, with I-95 only two blocks away. with immediate access to north and southbound lanes. Several stores and restaurants at walking distance. This creative space has your production needs covered.
