The Space

Beautifully restored 1920's Spanish Colonial home located in historic Country Club Park. Wide, tree lined streets, plenty of parking, and historic homes, make this neighborhood a popular film-friendly area. The house is decorated with a stylish mix of antiques and art. Formal entry, living room and dining room with rich hardwood flooring and triple moldings throughout. The large, bright, open kitchen with new appliances and large quartz island is perfect for filming. 2 bedrooms, plus family room and office, 3 bath, all one story. Private patio and garden area with mature oak and pine trees. The interior is 2,600 square feet on approximately a quarter of an acre. This house is located on a corner, making it ideal for both interior and exterior filming.
