Complete self-service! Space size 850sqf Massive windows are facing west. Direct sunlight starting 1pm until sunset. Wall size with spotlights: 16ft(w)*14(h) Wall size with led laps: 13ft(w)*14(h) You can set any color for any spotlight on the wall, as well as set them to blink. Available colors (Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Cold White, Warm White, Pink). Please pay attention: smoking, alcohol, fog machines is NOT ALLOWED! Fee $300 You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment Furniture that you see on photos will be in the studio. Only one small wall-mount table in Studio. No Clothing Racks. No extra tables. Equipment: - 2 x light stands - 2 х 480 led lights 🚨Paper backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$20 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. Please do not cut paper backdrops yourself - fee $20. Only white and black colors are available. General Rules -All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into consideration when you make the booking. (To avoid extra fees please enter the space at the prescribed starting time and vacate the space 5 min before the end of your booking time). -No smoking, vaporizers, smoke/fog machine in the building. Penalty Fee $200 -No guns, alcohol, drugs, smoking on the premises. Penalty Fee $200 -No confetti/glitter/faux moss/feathers/petals/paint splashes/smashed glass/smashed cake/fake snow/soil/sand in the space. Penalty Fee $200 -No tape of any kind on the walls. - Fee for a lost key for the studio $100 -Don't cut our paper backdrops. Fee $20. -No food in the studio. There is a shared kitchen on the floor. -You won't be able to record clear audio in this space. -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking. 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Studio Is not sound proof and is located near CTA subway green line. Usually It's pretty quiet in this studio, but you can hear train every 20 min. Sometimes you can hear my neighbors in the hallway.
