We are an Atlanta private event planning and coordination company. We provide VIP rock star experiences for kids, adults, and businesses. We have venues in Virginia Highland and in Lenox Park. Our Lenox Park location is best suited for large events from 150 - 500 people and our VAHI location is perfect for small events with a max capacity of 125 people. We also provide full-service event planning, DJs and entertainment, and event coordination.

The Space

This Atlanta banquet hall and wedding venue is located at the intersection of Midtown Atlanta, Buckhead, and Morningside-Lenox Park. As you pull into the gated entrance you'll notice the beautiful stately white building anchored by huge columns and a terra cotta roof. This large event venue features a 7500 sq. foot open concept area that is ready for your dream vision. Our Main room opens up to an Iron fence outdoor patio. We provide full-service event planning and coordination. Host your wedding ceremony, reception, and parties with us!

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We made facility, technology, and process improvements to help provide a safe environment for our guests and team members. FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS We removed walls and furniture to create more space Improved our outdoor patio and entrances. Created designated areas for tables & chairs with adequate spacing between tables. Installed Premium Air filters in all HVAC units. Installed Social distancing markers and floor decals throughout the venues. Placed COVID-19 Safety signage throughout the venues. Limited Party sizes to 50% capacity. No-touch trash receptacles throughout. No-touch temperature screening before entry. Installed Touchless Hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue. We will only host one event per day to allow adequate cleaning prior to each event. Team Member protocols team members must wear gloves and masks during the entirety of each event. Each team member assigned to your event is tested at least 2 weeks before the event date and screened for COVID symptoms prior to the start of each event. Entertainment staff will coordinate activities at a safe distance from event guests. Staff is encouraged to provide frequent cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces. High touch surfaces include Tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc. 3rd party vendors and event partners agree to comply with all safety standards and procedures. CLEANING Protocols Thorough cleaning and disinfection of venues provided by Atlanta Cleaning Company before the start of each event. All venue surfaces are sprayed with an electric ULV electrostatic atomizer and fogger. We use EPA and CDC-approved COVID-19 disinfectants only - Performacide EPA Reg. No. 87508-3 Disposable masks and gloves for guests are available on request. Premium disposable dinnerware is used for all events until further notice.
