Hi I'm Eva, A filmmaker/arts event producer. I moved to Joshua Tree full-time from San Francisco in the summer of 2007. This is a wonderful community full of artists and people who care about their community. It's an unusually kind group of people that are drawn here. I thought the desert life might get dull after awhile-- but I'm just as busy and engaged with life as I was in the city. And every time I walk out of the door the scenery and sky seem fresh and beautiful.

The Space

The property is located steps away from Joshua Tree National Park. Often used for artists retreats, the grounds on 5 acres are filled with beautiful desert plants and include an outdoor stage, patio and expansive views of the desert. The "great room" inside the house is acoustically perfect. The bathroom is a work of art tiled creatively from floor to ceiling. Outdoor sculptures are placed throughout the property.

Production rates are based on cast and crew of up to 10 people. For up to 40 people hourly rate is $750 and for up to 60 people hourly rate is $1,000.
