The Space

The space is ideal for multiple purposes, 700 sq ft studio with 1000 sq ft back patio can accommodate small groups of 100 or less. It is primarily a dance studio, However, we have had all types of rentals from baby showers, birthdays, small weddings, engagements, graduations, to photography shoots and group meetings. Studio has 10 mirrors along one wall, Dimmable lighting, chandelier, & wood flooring. You have limitless possibilities for you to decorate your events. Location comes with 6 rectangle tables & 30 chairs - Amenities include kitchenette with Microwave and mini fridge, 1 bathroom, AC/ heater, lockers, TV, music speaker, and wifi. Inside you have plenty of space to put chairs and tables and outside in patio a canopy or jumper for kids. **Please Note: When sending a booking request, please make sure your booking time includes setup and breakdown. Must book a minimum of 4 hours.** It is located within walking distance of City of Palmdale headquarters, Domino's, a liquor store, Vallarta, and more. The studio is surrounded by many free public parking lots in the area. For more information message us!
