This brand new filming/event location comes with several offices and bright white walls. The offices and other parts of the studio can be built out for any set! This studio is part of a larger complex located in an amazing unincorporated neighborhood in the South Bay. 4,500 sq ft. Two offices. Two bathrooms. One Studio. -Office 1: 15′ x 15″ x 8′ -Office 2: 12′ x 15′ x 8′ -Power: 240 watts available, 200 amp service Why should you choose our studio? -Secure parking for your entire crew. -Great central location five minutes from the 110 and 105. -Quiet industrial complex with friendly neighbors in the industry. -Located in the South Bay next to Manhattan Beach.
