I am a Positive Psychology coach, yoga teacher, curator of wellness events at a studio, and founder of a non profit that brings yoga and meditation to NYC underserved public schools. Mom of two NYC-raised kids (now 18 & 21), animal lover, avid learner and intrepid traveler. I really enjoy hosting all sorts of events in my gorgeous, 100+ year old loft space, and meeting the always-interesting people that choose my home.

The Space

Enjoy a stunning Tribeca loft apartment for your meeting, photo shoot, or small gathering in this 3,600 sq.ft., 4 BR+ media room home. Sun blasted south/west exposures (21 windows!), 12-ft ceilings, and beautiful attention to detail throughout. My home fulfills both style and comfort--soft and bohemian blended with industrial touches. Old-school subway-tiled bathrooms, dark hardwood floors, muted color palette, chef's kitchen. This Tribeca landmark building, built almost 150 years ago, boasts columns, solid build, and gorgeous crown moldings. Gourmet grocer on ground floor of building. Close to all subway lines. Regular and freight elevator. Sweeping views of Tribeca. Quiet.

The safety and well being of my guests is my top priority. I am committed to the overall wellbeing of my guests and have taken measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. I refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC). -My space and all shared surfaces are cleaned regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant -Hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes are provided to our guests -Essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, etc. are in the home -The space has ample ventilating

I am flexible in pricing and believe that talking through the expectations from both sides is the best way to determine the most appropriate pricing. However, when moving in/out multiple elevator loads of equipment, I must book my freight elevator in advance and the hours for using that elevator are 8am-5pm. In some cases, production moves the equipment the day before/after the shoot, if needed outside of the 8-5 window. Everything is work-out-able!
