Welcome to the Modern Rental Flex Space. Professionally designed and an organic feeling space. Great for photoshoots, filming, private events, meetings (private glass conference room), private pedicure and manicure (eco friendly) parties. There is also a coffee bar too! Great area, 20min from the airport and 25 min from Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. Rent part of the space or the entire building. PART OF THE SAPCE CAN BE BOOKED FROM 9AM-6PM (OUR LOUNGE MUSIC PLAYS IN THE BACKGROUND) 6PM-9AM THE ENTIRE BUILDING CAN BE BOOKED. Book with us today!
