Masterfully restored Victorian Home dating back to 1912 nestled between Wilmington's Mansion District and the beautiful bungalows of Carolina Place. Approximately 1900 sq. feet, two stories with original features such as a massive pocket door, moldings, stately staircase, ornate original windows, thick wainscotting and deep red century-old heart pine floors. The house is the private residence of your host, Casey Roman who works as a reporter for the local television station and as owner of Board & Batten Photography. Occasionally portions of the upstairs floor/balcony are rented to AirBnB guests so please inquire if you're seeking the ENTIRE property. Purchased in 2016 and painstakingly renovated back to her original beauty, this stunning residence is for those who will appreciate her beauty and care for the work put into her. Excellent for photographer, videographers, brides and models looking for period-appropriate backdrops. Some antique furniture available. With a wide formal dining area and two attached formal living areas, meetings are also welcome as are small gatherings like baby showers, wedding showers, private dinners, etc. Nestled among a row of historic residences, guests should respect the privacy of this peaceful, much sought-after neighborhood.
