The Space This is a spacious indoor urban oasis, beautifully designed with a unique build out, this warehouse is perfect for a 60-100 person party, photo shoots, commercials, filming, reality shows and fashion shows. We are located in Little Haiti/Little River Business District in Miami and have free parking. Easily accessible from the highway, our indoor space is about 2600 Sq ft, we offer two private rooms - each are conference size. We have a huge private outdoor garden space with furniture around a green scenery. We offer full media and sound accommodations, we offer a high quality audio sound system and microphone. If you are planning a party, we have automatic disco lights indoor and beautiful garden lights outside. We also offer a breakroom/kitchen where you can bring your own food and drinks plus two Handi-Capable bathroom facilities for guests. The space can be used for lectures, courses, classes, office parties, celebratory parties, wellness events including yoga, meditation, dance and more.
