Sophisticated event space in the heart of New York City close to Grand Central station, times square, Madison Square Garden and Empire State Building. The space is set up as an elegant, speak-easy 'living room' lounge with oversized couches, plush lounge chairs, multiple wooden tables, a chef's kitchen and a furnished outdoor private-patio that can host up to 100 people. It's a versatile space that can be striped to accommodate your vision. We have many event extras such as a bar, keg, just ask!

The Space

The current table set up allows for 16 people seated comfortably around the tables, and another 20 seated in the 2 living room areas. A huge 85" TV can be used for presentation purposes, play video or used at your preference. A professional sound speaker system is installed, and we have other professional appliances and amenities listed further below that can take your event to the next level. An additional conference / prep room / side room near the entrance is also available for guest use. A second entry to the outdoor patio is located next to the chef's kitchen. This outdoor space can be seen from the living area and is utterly charming with its own fire pit, outdoor rope lights, bar, wooden table & chairs and a very "New York City" view overlooking the city buildings. It's delightful both during the day and nighttime! Further back behind the kitchen area are separate male and female bathrooms (one on each side) both with multiple stalls, a powder and seating area to make your guests comfortable. A freight elevator can be reserved for those looking to bring in larger pieces. Whether it's a one-off event or something ongoing and recurring we'd love to work with you to make it wonderful! We have had many happy guest events and can help create corporate sessions, fashion shows, parties, dinners or special occasions such as birthdays, weddings and other festivities.
