I own a beauty company that operates in this storefront space. I also specialize in entertainment law. My husband and I live in Silver Lake, but we LOVE and enjoy all that Los Angeles has to offer. From concerts to yoga, to unique events, art shows and pop-ups throughout the city.

The Space

Central location and huge free parking lot make this storefront an ideal location for a popup shop, baby/bridal showers, photoshoots, filming, meetings, dinners, trunk shows, art exhibits, parties, beauty/wellness events, and more. Located in the Mid-Wilshire/Hancock Park area, this large open and stylish storefront space has a skylight and large windows that bring in lots of natural light. Beautiful metal beams and concrete throughout. The location has a Moroccan vibe to it, very much designed with travel in mind because when you step inside, you immediately feel you've been transported to a far away place full of bold color and layered elements. Newly renovated, every detail of the decor is meticulously thought out in the most awesome way. There's also an upstairs mezzanine. A full salon staff is on call, and the location comes with beautiful decor. There are 8 cushy custom chairs, 3 narrow tables seating 4 apiece, and another area to gather with a large coffee table, concrete and metal benches and 2 chairs. Every piece in the space is movable. Additionally, there are 2 small rooms, a large back office area and garage. Conveniently located in Los Angeles near the Grove Shopping Center, this space is sure to ignite your senses and serve as the perfect backdrop for your event. Catering Food can be brought in for your event. Some nearby locations include Republique, La Brea Bakery, Bludso's Bar & Que, Twist, Susie Cakes, Yogurtland and more. Access The location is accessible through the front door and back garage. Parking A large parking lot is right behind the space. Parking is completely free. Day of the week and timing will affect pricing. Minimum $175 per hour Maximum $375 per hour Custom quotes are available for full day, multi-day, or bigger productions. For showers, photoshoots, beauty/wellness events and corporate retreats, a full staff of nail technicians/artists, estheticians, massage therapists, hairstylists, braiders and henna artists are available at an additional cost. --- Your reservation hours must include setting up, breaking down, cleaning up, and loading out SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: All bookings require a $500 damage deposit. CLEAN UP FEE (MANDATORY): The basic clean up fee is $50, extensive clean up fee is $200. PETS: Pets are allowed. Space comes furnished. Can also come unfurnished, but an additional fee will be incurred. ---------------- PROPERTY DAMAGE/WEAR AND TEAR: You are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was in prior to commencement of your event. A walk-through inspection will be conducted before and after all bookings. Reasonable damage charges will be negotiated with you and billed within 72 hours if above and beyond your security deposit.
