The Space

Welcome to our Stylish Pool Home located in the Heart of Torrance. Our location is close to the 405 and 110 freeways,but you can drive to the beach in about 10 minutes. The home is a modern gem with 2 indoor fireplaces and 2 outdoor firepits. We have an outside grill for cooking and a large entertainment room at the rear of the property that opens up to the backyard. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available. The property is fully gated and has ficus hedges around majority of the property for a private setting.

Health & Safety Policy

No smoking inside of the property. Every item should be returned as it was prior to your production or event. Please respect the neighbors and do not block any of the neighbors driveways. There is a hospital 5 mins away from the property. All events and productions require liability insurance.
