The Space

Centrally located near DTLA and Koreatown, our sun-drenched loft is a dream to create in. My husband and I designed the space specifically with entrepreneurs, content creators and mommies-to-be in mind! The space boasts 15-foot high ceilings, tastefully designed wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows that allow sunlight to fill the loft with soft, natural light all day long thanks to our many southeast-facing windows. We have an elegant statement wall with crown molding, a beautiful assortment of cream-colored furniture for any season, and a modern kitchen with farmhouse decor. We've hand-picked and designed much of the loft’s decor using unique, minimalist pieces of furniture and props to bring the space together. Our vibe is a fine balance of modern and bohemian touches and we believe many of our guests will truly be elated using our space. We are especially thoughtful of the ambiance in our loft, and we enhance the liveliness of the space with happy healthy plants and tasteful decor. The lighting is especially beautiful, sometimes pouring in to the space as early as 6:25 am. As a photographer and content creator, I was very meticulous about furnishing and arranging the space to ensure that you can capture the best content. Each setup in the loft is unique and positioned in a way to help you get the most optimal lighting for your photos and videos. The loft features an open floor plan that gets fantastic natural light throughout the day. Everything in the space can easily be moved around in case extra space is needed for heavy-duty camera and lighting setups. Upstairs you'll find a bohemian-styled bedroom with a beautiful rattan daybed and macrame wall decor. Next up is our large master bathroom, which is actually quite large and contains an oversized bathtub. The bathroom is great for shooting and can also be used as a makeup and wardrobe changing area. In the living room area you’ll find the gem of the loft, our Ivory-inspired lounge area, which is filled with an Arcus Ivory Velvet Sofa and pillows, a majestic wicker chair and a tropical-inspired balcony. This illustrious combination of unique decor, textures, and sets, makes the living area a spectacular place for creating content.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We are committed to the overall well-being of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC. We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with foot pedal, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask that you please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
