The Space
Our space includes: Shooting area with pure white 9ft wide backdrops Two Scenario sets (bed area/ lounge area) curated with designer furniture, floral arrangements, and original artworks Makeup Station with dedicated vanity mirror, desk, and lights. Large bathroom and changing area (by the front door) 1 Minute walking distance to restaurants catering to different diet restrictions, fast foods, supermarkets includes Whole Foods Market, Shake Shack, and Sweetgreen, for your last-minute supply and food trip! Lighting Equipments Include in rental fee: 2 x Godox 600W Strobe 1 x Standard Reflector 2 x Softboxes (80mmx120mm; 31.5 x 47.2") 2 x Junior Rolling stand + numerous light stand 1 x Utility Cart White Backdrop (9ft wide) Access to MUA station, clothing rack+steamer Additional equipment and props are available for rent. Furniture is rent-able as shooting props. If you intend to have any contact with the bed, please add the "bed cleaning fee" add-on. We launder, heat-dry, and sanitize after each party. --All equipment request needs to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the booking. If booking is confirmed within the 48 hours of starting time, this equipment request should be communicated prior to the booking confirmation. For requests that are too soon, we will try but cannot guarantee the availability. Site-rep always present for troubleshooting. House Rules -Do not open any storage cabinet or drawer. If you need anything please just ask - we have site-rep present in the studio at all times. -Do not touch the artworks (painting/photographs/drawing/prints) -No Porn Production | No smoking in the building -Wear a shoe cover, or no shoes (socks ok) inside the studio. New shoes for shoots with no soil are allowed inside. -Please think twice before using glitter and smoke - we have original artworks and designer furniture that could cost a lot to get professionally cleaned and restored. -Use furniture as they are intended i.e: no sitting on tables or standing on chairs; do not climb shelves. -To avoid prop rental fee - furniture can be only moved within its vicinity/area (example - kitchen chair stays in the kitchen area) - Some pieces of furniture are rent-able as props and can be moved to other sections of the studio. -Sensible noise level please - no excessive loud sound, jumping, dropping things, etc. -Please do not book if you or anyone in your party has COVID symptoms. -Children - Minors should be accompanied by adult guests at all times. -Rule Enforcement - The guest who is booking the studio is in charge of enforcing the house rules and the Splacer rules among their group. Violation of rules can result in extra charges and/or immediate termination of the booking. -Cancellation, Rescheduling, Cleaning, Damage - Please refer to Splacer for those policies For anything of great importance to your production that is not clearly described here, please reach out to confirm before booking. (i.e: your talent elephant cannot fit our door, it is your responsibility to ask about our door dimensions before booking) -Close-set or preference of the site-rep gender needs to be communicated 48 hours before booking. Close-set requires a $100 fee, a copy of valid state-issued ID, and a $1000 deposit via Venmo, check, or POS onsite, and a 4-hour minimum booking.

Between each booking, the floor is cleaned with disinfectant; the studio area is exposed to UV light for 15 minutes; Table, chair, countertop, equipment grip are wiped with disinfectant. Disinfecting doormat placed in the entrance and all guests are required to wipe down their shoes. The staff is fully covid vaccinated. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with 70% alcohol content. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
