Sun Soaked, Hand Crafted Penthouse

$300 Security Deposit required for all bookings via Venmo (pay 24 hours before, refundable at the end of your reservation) *There is no cleaning fee to accommodate quick and easy bookings. However if the space is not left as found, a fee will be deducted from your deposit ($50-$120) House Rules as Follows: No smoking. No shoes beyond entrance to apartment. No use of rooftop beyond fenced in area. No more than 10 people on the roof at once. No drugs allowed. No excessive use of alcohol. No use of body oils on bed, wood or cement. They can permanently damage linens and surfaces. NO GLITTER, NO CONFETTI, NO GENDER REVEAL SPRAY ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF CANDLES. ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF FIRE, all fireplaces are decorative only. Most importantly, please respect our neighbors. The entrance to the penthouse is on the second floor, when you come in the building (or hang out in front) please be mindful of your voices. Please do not leave anything in the hallway, or block any walkways with equipment. Equipment should be loaded straight into the 2nd floor. It is your responsibility to share all of this information with every one of your quests.
