Sunlit elegant well-equipped dance studio

This studio is best for hip-hop dance, yoga, exercise, and tricks. The floor is linoleum on top of 1/2" thick exercise mat made of high-density EVA foam. This allows shock to be absorbed. Due to the cushion, the floor is not perfect for turns such as pirouettes. Additionally, no heels can be worn on it, as due to the cushion the heels will poke through the linoleum and permanently indent it. No tables or chairs or any heavy objects can be placed on the cushioned floor for the same reason. There are 2 spaces without the cushion where heavy objects could be placed, one by the wall measuring 18in x 7ft 9in, and the other in front of the window measuring 22in x 10ft. The studio is equipped with: • Wi-Fi, • a JBL Charge 4 Bluetooth speaker, • air filters + hand sanitizer • air conditioning + fans, • heating, • a mirror suitable for one person to stand in front of, • a phone stand for filming, • colorful lights with a remote, • a private entrance, • a chair in the outdoor vestibule for fresh air or smoking (please close the studio door when smoking tobacco) • a fire extinguisher (we also use it to prop the door) • filtered & boiled room temperature water with cups • a restroom And by prior request: • curtains to block light from the big windows (we do not have a way to block light from the smaller windows above) • a 4’ x 10’ x 2” gym mat, • dumbbells, • a TV set-up to hook up your computer to, perfect for Zoom or watching tutorials. Included in this setup is a HDMI cord, a HDMI to USB-C adaptor, and a Logitech Pro C920 Webcam. The max capacity of the studio is 6 people. There is a small set of stairs leading into the studio. 4 steps to get in through the gate, and 2 steps into the door of the studio.
