Sunlit spacious Greenpoint Studio/Loft

Massive, sunlit Greenpoint loft with original industrial features such as hardwood floors, exposed brick walls and exposed wooden beams throughout. The open space is 900 square feet with soaring ceilings, huge windows and views of the Manhattan skyline. The space is furnished with an assortment of original mostly art deco and modern mid century pieces as well as several large plants. The walls are white and furniture can be moved around however you wish. The loft is equipped with some basic studio equipment: a seamless stand, an assortment of seamless rolls, a garment rack, blackout curtains, handheld steamer, 2 x 8ft V-Flats, bluetooth speaker, Philips Hue colored lighting system. We prefer smaller shoots of 15 people or less due to the residential nature of the space. Please note we are a 2 floor walk up with no freight elevator. We look forward to having you!
