The Space
Our studio has 20 foot ceilings with 6 enormous windows. The light is beautiful all day. It has options for backdrops including; one wall- floor to ceiling white textured, one wall- with floor to ceiling black curtains, and the space can be fully blacked out. There are also two options for floor; normally it has a padded black marley floor but we can lift the marley to expose gorgeous hard wood floors beneath. The main room is 23 by 24 feet, there’s a basic bathroom with a tub in the back and a small room that can be used if needed for coats, HMU, storage etc. We are aerialists so the space is fully rig-able and has theater lights with color that can be used for shoots and video as well. Its a perfect space to have an inspiring conversation or work on a new vision.

Health & Safety Policy
We are only accepting a limited amount of rentals at this time. Please remember we are a HOME STUDIO. That means we live here; please behave accordingly. To keep everyone safe, we’ve implemented the following safety measures. If everyone follows them, we will all be able to use the space safely. Masks must be worn at all times- Unless every member of the group agrees to no masks and can provide a negative Covid test. Proof of Vaccination required. Do not change or touch the rigging at any time. No guests or observers are permitted in the studio. There is no waiting area or reception. Everyone must be approved by house staff and agree to take all new precautions related to Covid-19. NO REFUNDS will be provided to renters who are asked to leave for not following safety policies. No one is allowed to to enter who: Is sick or showing symptoms related to Covid-19 Has been in close contact with a known Covid-19 case within 14 days Has a body temperature of 100.0ºF or higher Has not completed the COVID waiver Is unaware of or unwilling to follow house safety protocols Is not wearing a clean cloth mask Has traveled from a hotspot in the last 14 days/been in close contact with someone who has traveled in last 14 days
