Sunny Beautiful house in Metro NY NJ area

We sanitize the place before and after each use. Due to COVID we want to make sure that your production/team take necessary steps, like wearing mask and using sanitizers. Crew - Please wear shoe covers. Cleaning - please make sure you do a basic clean i.e remove the garbage and do not leave bags/used props /paper/cans/bottles and stuff on the premise. No smoking inside Please make sure you have liability insurance. We will require that at least 24 hours before shoot. Host has final say in acceptable occupancy limits, hours of use, and noise levels. No shooting in spaces not approved prior to shoot, this includes outside driveway, sidewalk, street, etc. Absolutely no shooting down sidewalk, on the road, or at other houses at any time-rental only covers this property. Sidewalk or block shots should take place off this block and outside the shooting time. ( Please make sure you have proper township permits for anything thats off the property) there is a public park in 2 minutes of walking and you can take street shots there as per the township allowance. I can provide you pics of the park with basketball court , football field everything at the time of booking if you need it) Please no sitting on the counters. Only chairs are for sitting not tables, coffee tables, counters, etc. House should be left as it was found at start of booking Any stains on fabric (rugs, sheets, upholstery, etc) will be subject to either repair/launder/replacement fees starting at $10 to launder/item.
