This space can accommodate photo shoots, classes, art exhibitions & installations, pop-ups, trunk shows, meetings and gatherings. Located in Bushwick, just a short walk from the L train's Grand, Montrose or Morgan stops. Space Details - 12ft ceilings - Large industrial windows - Over 100 linear feet of wall space - Flexible lighting - Large freight elevator Booking Logistics - There is a $100+ cleaning fee for events planning to serve food or drink. - NO GLITTER is permitted in the studio. No exceptions. - Book the entire time you will need to be in the studio, including setting up and breaking down. Overtime is billed at $150/hour. - Upon booking, we'll email you an invoice via SquareUp requesting a deposit. The deposit amount is based on the details of your event, but is typically $300+. Deposit must be placed at least 2 business days prior to your event. - This is a refundable deposit, but is subject to excess time and/or cleaning fees. Deposit refund will be issued within 2 business days after your event.
