The Space

We will provide you with a beautiful palette; yet, we will allow you to create your own atmosphere to make your event stand out. THE SPACE Our newly renovated venue is located in Chelsea - one of the trendiest areas in Manhattan - and 2 blocks away from all subways and the Path Train. The loft is spacious and situated on the 2nd floor of a quiet, two elevators and a doorman building. There are parking lots few yards away, and free street parking after 7 PM. The loft, offers a full floor that can also be divided into two spaces. The large open front windows allow natural light through the entire space, but with our draperies and lighting, a soothing ambiance or a dance party theme is also an option. The high ceiling, draperies, and the spaciousness of the loft provides array of party setups. We allow decoration; but as you can see from the attached pictures, our décor and color-themed lighting options will save you time money and effort. The venue features hard wood floor, lounge area, bar and small pantry, 2 private bathrooms, A/C, Wi-Fi, dimmable lights, disco lights, laser lights, multi-color accent wall lights, multi-color accent ceiling lights, microphones, professional sound systems, 80‘’ smart TV, and even a 10,000-song karaoke system for singing and laughing. We host a vast array of private and corporate events including, but not limited to, New Year and holidays parties, launches, media events, focus groups, fundraising, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, baby shower and bridal shower. THE RATES: The rates are negotiable depending on the number of guests, age range, days, time and hours. e.g. Sunday is cheaper then Saturday, and late night is higher then early evening. The rent starts at $75/hr. on weekdays and up to $150/hr. after 5 PM weekdays. All-inclusive weekend package would be 175/hr. and up to $500/hr. on late Saturday night. Prices are negotiable and varied depending on the number of guests, the day, and the hours. All payments must submit through splacer.com. We host a vast array of corporate events including, but not limited to, new year and holidays parties, launches, media events, focus groups, and fundraising. Event Space Includes: We welcome outside vendors and caterers, and we have all the necessary support, equipment, and staff to ensure that your event will run smoothly and will be remembered by all. * Equipment: Sound System, Microphones, Smart Wireless TV, and more. * Sitting: Dinner and cocktails tables, wooden padded chairs, buffet tables, padded benches, couches and more * Staff: Operations Manager, Security Guard, Bartender, Server, Cleaning Staff * Beverage: Soda, Juice, wine, and spirits * Bar: Open bar and bar supply - Bring Your Own Bear parties are welcome We will be happy to set up a site visit so we can discuss your needs and budget.

Price is negotiable, depending on the day, hours, time and number of guests. The hourly rent would be $75-125 for weekdays. All inclusive package would be $200 and up to $500 . The package include: open bar, staff, photos, insurance furniture sound system, lighting and more.
