I manage a New York-based record label which in turn owns and manages the space available to rent in the Lower East Side. Our space is L-shaped, with freshly painted white walls and hand-made wooden shelving, all glowing with the excellent sunlight streaming in from our full glass facade. We face the park, so nothing but sun and trees are visible from our street level space. It's a mindful space to escape the city while staying in the most convenient area in Lower Manhattan.

The Space

This is an inviting and tranquil space suited for a broad range of events. We've hosted a slew musical performances, brand / product launches, workshops and meetings during our two years in business. Our stylish fit-out, with the recent addition of light wooden floors and a full white repaint, is bright and airy, and our furniture is modular so that the central front space can be opened up to comfortably accommodate about 30 guests. We can also provide seating and a professional projector screen. This is the perfect venue for intimate gatherings, tucked away on Forsyth St amidst the Lower East Side's many galleries, bars, restaurants and shops.
