The Space

This space has two large, bright, and airy first floor rooms setup as a living room and dining room. These could easily be converted to accommodate your event. The rooms have doors that can can be closed to separate the space. The dining room leads into a small kitchen, which also has a door for optional separation. Beyond the kitchen is one full bathroom, though it is historic and not spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair or walker. Upstairs are two sizable bedrooms with natural light. There is a patio in the back that is currently an open space with concrete pavers. The side parking lot can accommodate up to 12 cars.
