Great For creative events, yoga, film and photo shoots, etc. Let me hear your idea! Open Floor Plan, quiet neighborhood, no freeway Second floor duplex house, home with living room, family room, dining room, open kitchen, open back patio. Long hallways to bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. The Natural light in the living room gives you amazing light quality for photographers and also very controllable for filming. Back yard is large enough for craft services. Please make an appointment and I'll gladly give you a tour and allow for photos and measurements. No rush.
