The Space

A modern echo of its iconic surrounding, my beautiful commercial loft is located within the coveted downtown neighborhood of NoHo in Manhattan. The space graciously reveres the history, art, culture, and architectural details of our landmark New York building with a contextual yet contemporary design. The entrance of the building displays original Keith Haring artwork all over the walls and ceilings, which highlights its NYC roots and lends itself to some great photo opps. Our beautiful full floor-through loft space located on the 2nd floor of this elevator building has a raw yet warm and welcoming atmosphere with two large open-plan areas, both available to rent individually or together.

Rates vary in terms of fixture needs and amount of space needed. The quoted rates are for the FRONT AREA. The entire space is available to rent, but cost for the entire floor will be double the quoted prices. There are two large open areas which are available to rent individually. The front area is 2,000 sq. feet and the back area is 1,100 sq. feet. The back area is available to rent and is cheaper than the front area. Tables, chairs, rolling racks, props, shelves and more are available to rent within the space if needed. Any events that run past 9 PM are more expensive. From 9 PM on the rate for the Front Area increases to $350 per hour.
