There are no loudness or hours restrictions. You can party as much as you want, with decency and safety. Very easy to access by public transportation or car. It features a historic industrial 600 sq. ft. venue, boasts 12+ foot ceilings and a private bathroom. It is located in Long Island City, with plenty of natural light and industrial chic design, which will undoubtedly impress you and your guests. This airy, sun-soaked loft is perfect for events of all kinds. Industrial chic furnishings, high ceilings, and panoramic windows make it feel spacious and welcoming, while the AV system, disco light & ball, and dimmable lights help you create the perfect ambiance. Our designer event space is the perfect spot for photos or video as well as for special dinner, your birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, engagements, product launches, charity parties, off-site company meetings, workshops, networking events, lectures, panels. The space is equipped with a photoshoot set with light and backdrops. Organize a fun event for you and your friends making photos for a memorable time (please request at the booking time to set it up priorly the event) It features a fully equipped kitchen and dining table set for amazing private luxury dinners. Yes, there is a private bathroom right in the space. Rental options: - Main event venue and lounge room, fully equipped kitchen and luxury dining set Main Event Venue: This Loft features a fully Equipped Kitchen, dining and lounge area, and a private bathroom with large windows and lots of light. It is perfect for parties, cooking, dining, meeting, and photoshoot. About 500sf, it is located in LIC, and super easily accessible just 3 minute's walk from the subway and 2 minutes from the midtown tunnel and BEQ exit. Our space is decorated with a fully Equipped Kitchen, sofa lounge, and an expandable dining table for up to 12 people comfortable seating. The space has modular furnishings designed to be used for events of all kinds. Multiple arrangements can be created to host any type of event from a corporate presentation to a holiday-company party. Lights can transform it into a bright event to a fun disco party. Amenities: 600 square foot Loft-style with 12-foot ceilings 16 seating chairs & bench 1 love seat sofa 2 arm chair 1 Larger sofa 3 seats 6 Elegant Barstools 1 Leather Luxury stool Photoshoot light and back drops equipment Accessible by public transportation (7 train 3 minutes walk) 2 minutes from the midtown tunnel and BEQ exit. Private bathrooms Decorated with designer antique props Disco ball and customize light Huge windows with natural light Industrial chic furniture Projector and screen KEF start of art sound system Fiber-Optic Internet. Outside catering is allowed. Seated Theater Style capacity - 15 people Seated Banquet style - 12 Standing capacity - 35 for the main venue Total Square feet - 600 sq. ft. Safety: There are cameras in the building and in the space for your security as well. Also, there will be always some on-site for any needs and emergencies. ADDITIONAL FEES (customizable) Cleaning fee - $100 (applies to all diner's bookings) Cooking fee $150 Security Guard fee - (included for the daily event) - $35 per hour for any booking lasting after 8 pm

The full-day rate is based on 8 hours. Any extra hours are extra. For evening and night events there will be an extra fee for the manager fee + tips depending on the hours. For a party with more than 10 people, there is a cleaning fee of $50. For use of the kitchen, there is a usage fee of $150 and a cleaning fee of $100 We can provide a full experience with Chef and server. DM for more info
