Perched high above—stretching 203-feet tall and the only skyscraper for miles—the space captures the storied spirit of Chicago: a bustling, ever-changing, big-shouldered town. Originally designed as an office building in 1929 by the firm of Perkins, Chatten, & Hammond, each of the rooms, lobby and roof spaces were transformed by Belgian design duo Nicolas Schuybroek Architects and Marc Merckx Interiors. The Space

1st floor event venue 110 guests standing | 50 guests seated | 1,250 Sq. Ft The hall offers a unique event space great for a standing cocktail receptions, seated dinners, concerts, fundraisers, meetings, tradeshows & more! Here our space offers street level access, lounge seating, formal table seating, two large bars, presentation capabilities, & an authentic Wicker Park vibe you’ll only find at the center of the six corners intersection. For events, we can offer beautiful stationed buffets, five course plated dinners, a vast array of passed & stationed appetizers and plenty of your favorite cocktails to go around!

PROPERTY DAMAGES: You are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as prior to commencement. A walk-through inspection will be conducted before and after all bookings. Reasonable damage charges will be negotiated with you and billed within 72 hours unless a deposit was required for your booking. PROHIBITED: Feathers, glitter, confetti, and other hard to clean items. An extensive clean up fee starting at $200 will be charged for violations. SMOKING : 100% prohibited insidee or anywhere inside the building. Smokers must step outside on the street to smoke. Citations will be fully charged to your booking. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction with no refund. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please don’t touch or cover them. We do record 24/7. SECURITY GUARD FEE: Depending on the crew size and amount of equipment or if alcohol is present, we may require you to have security at $30/hr per guard especially if alcohol will be available. This is an LAFD regulation and typically requires 1 guard for every 50 people. LABOR FEE: Depending on needs of the event additional staff may be needed for proper service. Each staff member is $150 for three hours FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. SATURDAY HOURLY RATE AFTER 5PM BEGINS AT $250. We allow outside catering in the space for a fee. Fee ranges from $250 - $1,000. We do not allow outside alcohol served in our venues. All alcohol must be served by our staff Staff charge of $150 for a 3 hour timeframe We reserves the right to move all reservations at hotel's discretion. Our menus are subject to change. Final guest count is due three business days prior to all events. Final menu selection is due two weeks prior to all events. In order to use A/V at devices must all have HDMI capabilities Please inquire for full booking terms and conditions. Thank you!
