Welcome to my 1100 square feet of whatever you want it to be. Photo, film, video, art, dance studio. Event space, music venue, comedy club, pop up, yoga, lessons, classes, you name it. It’s got the charm of its 1800s history with original brick and timber construction. And the 1940s “update” with embossed tin walls that were hidden behind the 1970s “modernization” (painted paneling!!). Get in touch to discuss what use you have in mind and which amenities you’ll need.
