Sunny, Small Gathering Event Space

I designed this space as my studio/lighting learning center and festivity spot. Upon completion, I said, "I bet other people would love it as much as I do." The next day, I stumbled upon Splacer! I'm an Airbnb host, so out of towners (three beds) can book, if combined with City people who just want to get away for the day. People who actually see the space tell me they think it would be great for any small gathering. I also work with a local university, where their culinary students use it to host cooking events. I'm 28 miles south of the Loop (against traffic), and it's all highway driving. If you schedule before or after the rush, it takes about 40 minutes to get downtown. I hope to plan an event with you soon!
