The Space

Are you looking for an affordable place for a video shoot, photo shoot, important meeting, or want to hold an event? Do you want to help support our community programming, our international residency, and B&W photography darkroom? Rent our beautiful, large studio space with hard wood floors, lots of natural light, high-speed wifi, modern and spacious kitchen and off-street parking. We also have a fully-equipped B&W photography darkroom onsite capable of processing negatives up to 120mm, printing at up to 4x5 negatives onto up to 11x14 inch paper. Our studio is available for rent hourly or daily. We also offer special rates to non-profits and longterm renters.
