The Space

Greetings! Welcome to our sunny, spacious, picturesque townhome, surrounded by tree groves, nestled in the idyllic Topa Topa mountains of Ojai, California. Inside, you’ll find a 1,200 sqft tri-level unit that includes an office + loft, offering a rustic, eclectic, classy environment. Enjoy an abundance of natural sun light, a spacious living room with 49” Flat Screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, a delightful dining area, a fully functional kitchen stocked with state-of-the-art appliances: dishwasher, Coffee Maker & coffee bean grinder, Vitamix blender, and a Breville juicer. Wood and tile flooring with 18’ ceilings and a brick encased fireplace. A half bathroom accommodates the first living space level and nature awaits with a sliding glass door that opens to an outside patio for enjoying fresh air and experiencing the beauty of your garden – like surroundings. The upper level hosts an office space where a desk, printer, Wi-Fi connection, 3’ white board, 3’ bulletin board and medical mannikin are at your disposal. There is also a loft room which can be used for various activities: meetings, yoga, meditation, etc., and a full bath room with a shower / tub combo. The unit also included access to the ground level which houses a 2 car garage with plenty of storage space and ample room for loading and unloading equipment. There are parking spaces throughout the community and an area on the premises where larger vehicles: trailers, vans, medium sized buses can park as well. The community pool & jacuzzi are available to guests. With ample breakout space, our villa is perfect for: photo shoots, cooking scenarios, film projects, executive meetings, educational meetups, bridal showers, and whatever else your team may come up with !
