In addition to the beautiful kitchen and living room, the loft includes a master bedroom, two full bathrooms, a separate small lofted bedroom space, plenty of storage, and film screening capabilities. Features include: 13 ft. high ceilings Two projectors and screens (one is a 13ft screen with a 6000 lumen projector) Large white brick wall Furnishings in the loft are by Ilan Dei Design and the kitchen is Acheo from Studio Anise. There is stair and elevator access directly into the loft. Large glass circular table – perfect for meetings Other amenities include: super fast wifi, washer/dryer, steamer, dishwasher, large fridge and double oven No smoking is allowed in the space. The space is footwear-free. We request an additional fee of $100 for an on-site elevator operator / AV technician.
