I'm a Brazilian Jiujitsu teacher here in the lower east looking to rent my studio space to other like minded health and fitness professionals for an hourly rate. Yoga, personal trainers , dance instructors are a great match. Space also is good for other types of meetings and has three great street level windows with beautiful wooden blinds. The Space

This space has great light and is walking distance to the Brooklyn greenway. Its across from the Tesla motors show room on the Columbia water front in Carroll Gardens,Brooklyn. It is a large studio on the second floor with a private entrance. The studio comes equipped with martial arts training equipment and tatame mats. Its ideal for those looking to do martial arts training or small groups fitness classes such as yoga or semi private training or even small boot camps. The rest room is very clean and modern.
