I'm a writer and metals/mining consultant, I set up spaces to require a minimum of interference from me, & minimal effort on the renters part. We have had weddings, art shows, craft fairs and performances here. You should probably have your event here too.

The Space

My space has a bright HD projector, 2000 watt ceiling speaker system, white walls, black floors and plenty of wide open space. Its alter ego is a cowork space, with 10 desks and task chairs, 30 shell chairs and long tables. Transforms in less than 15 minutes (Can be cleared by one person) leaving a 1200 sqft. main space for whatever event you can imagine. Ample power and fast interenet/WiFi helps us get our work done. Patio Area and 500 sq foot break-out room is great for workshops.

Extra time is 1.5X hourly rate. Deep Pre-Cleaning (Windows / Painting walls) $250 Video Projector Setup (using appletv is free) $125 Hang Fairy Lights $75 If we need to clean up after event $200/hr (it is cheaper to clean up yourself)
